The Prices you see on our websites are fully inclusive of V.A.T. and postage and packaging prices will be displayed upon checking out (approximately £3 + £1/kg). We at Maple Koi reserve the right to change the prices of our products without notification.


We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days, but should there be an issue we will always contact you to discuss the situation. Orders placed for items from Kockney Koi are more likely to take longer than the standard time to the delivery and order process of Kockney Koi. Orders of Koi will be discussed before being dispatched to be sure of a date that is suitable and to limit risks undertaken.


We always take the upmost care of your new koi prior to their departure (all quaratined fish are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch) but once they have left our premises all risks must pass to the Purchaser / Receiver. This also applies to dry goods. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage if the goods have been signed for and accepted in *Good Condition*, therefore check your delivery over before signing. Should any damage be susatined in transit we will claim compensation from the courier and replace your product but this cannot be done if signed for.

In regards to koi, as the buyer you acknowledge and understand that the stress of moving koi may result in triggering illness or parasitic infections. It almost must be acknowledged that koi carry parasites naturally at a background level and that the introduction of a new fish to a pond is not necessarily the cause of a future parasitic outbreak. If you buy a koi from us and it dies, Maple Koi can in no way be held liable as it is a living creature. In saying this, we have very few problems in the past in transporting koi in the UK but unfortunately each koi is individual and may have complications. It is your responsibilty and decision to purchase and add our koi to your pond which may have consequences. In order to limit so of the risks undertaken, there is of course the option of store pick up which has a number of advantages if viable.

Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Maple Koi until they are paid for in full.

We welcome all your feedback as it enables us to work better with our customers and to continue to reach a high standard of service, You are able to leave reviews of the products you have purchased on our website to let others know how you got on. If you do have a particular complaint, than please email or call us as we will do all we can to rectify the problem although we hope this is never the case.


Buyer to pay for RETURN POSTAGE if the item has been correctly described and purchased in error.

We will pay for RETURN POSTAGE if the item has been incorrectly described or the wrong item sent.

IMPORTANT NOTE: this does not in any way effect your statutory rights.

Refunds will be issued in the same way the item(s) were paid for.
